江苏省海安县南莫镇工会在纺织服装行业推行定额加微调计件工资集体协商,取得较好成效,最近受到有关方面的关注。过去,这个镇纺织服装行业的工资集体协商,也同其他行业一样,年初商定各工序的计件定额工资,一年不变。如今,企业每一批次产品,根据单件工作量的大小、难易程度、利润的高低、汇率的变化和实际的需要,由企业行政或工会一方提出,协商微调该批次各道工序的定额,以增为主,严控调减,确保职工辛苦有收益,企业利润有保证,有效维护员工的合法权益,促进企业的平稳健康发展。
