目的对东莞市电子行业员工进行职业卫生认知水平调查。方法以问卷的方式对712名员工进行职业卫生相关问题调查。结果中资、台日资和欧美投资等三类企业,在职业卫生管理认知水平上三者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。职业有害因素知晓率随工种变化、其中随学历变化明显(P<0.01)。定期职业健康检查需求率较高(36.4%)。结论监督公司内部管理层对一线车间员工培训成为亟待解决的问题。
Objective To investigate the occupational health level of employees in Dongguan electronic industry. Methods A questionnaire survey of 712 employees on occupational health related issues was conducted. Results Three types of enterprises, including Chinese-funded, Taiwan-funded Japanese and European-American investment, showed statistically significant differences in occupational health management (P <0.01). Occupational harmful factors awareness rate changes with the type of work, including changes with the qualifications significantly (P <0.01). Demand for regular occupational health examinations is high (36.4%). Conclusion It is an urgent issue to supervise the internal management of the company in the training of front line workshop staff.
