应用ASE快速溶剂萃取—气相色谱—质谱联用法测定蔬菜中的呋喃丹残留量。样品用ASE快速萃取法进行前处理,即以二氯甲烷和丙酮为萃取溶剂,实现样品快速萃取,然后用弗洛里硅土固相萃取柱净化。采用选择离子监测(SIM)模式,以m/z164为检测定量离子进行定量。方法线性范围良好,样品加标回收率在83.0%~102%,精密度为3.48%,能满足蔬菜样品中的呋喃丹检测的要求。
Determination of Carbofuran Residues in Vegetables by ASE Fast Solvent Extraction - Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry. The samples were pretreated with ASE rapid extraction method, that is, dichloromethane and acetone were used as the extraction solvent to achieve rapid extraction of the sample and then purified with a Florisil SPE column. Selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode was used to quantify ion quantitation with m / z 164. The linear range of the method was good. The spiked recoveries of the spiked samples ranged from 83.0% to 102% and the precision was 3.48%, which could meet the requirements of carbofuran detection in vegetable samples.
