双驴头抽油机是通过四杆机构来传递运动和扭矩,克服了原机构的死角,增加游梁摆角,冲程提高20%~70%,为了解决双驴头柔性易损件坏的问题,本文利用虚拟样机技术,通过建立双驴头模型来进行多点动力学仿真分析和优化设计。虚拟样机技术找到其运动学规律,动力学参数以及动力学曲线,根据参数和曲线找到双驴头抽油机的目标函数,根据目标函数求解它的最大值,对双驴头抽油机进行优化整改,实现双驴头抽油机工作参数的最大化。
