目的观察阿德福韦酯联合当飞利肝宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 80例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,两组均给予阿德福韦酯胶囊(阿迪仙)10mg,口服,每天1次,治疗组在此基础上给予当飞利肝宁胶囊0.75g,口服,每天3次,两组总疗程48周。48周后观察两组的临床症状、体征及肝功能改善情况。结果治疗组肝功能恢复正常率明显优于对照组,在HBV-DNA及HBe Ag阴转率方面均与对照组大致相同。结论阿德福韦酯与当飞利肝宁联合治疗组在改善肝脏炎症、抗病毒等方面均明显优于单用阿德福韦酯组,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的理想药物。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil in combination with Dulolidine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 80 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups, both groups were given adefovir dipivoxil capsules (Adixian) 10mg, orally, once daily, on the basis of the treatment group given when Feili Gangen capsule 0.75 g, orally, 3 times a day, two groups of the total course of 48 weeks. After 48 weeks, the clinical symptoms, signs and improvement of liver function were observed. Results The recovery rate of liver function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the negative conversion rates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg were almost the same as those in the control group. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil combined with Dafangganin is better than adefovir dipivoxil alone in improving liver inflammation and anti-virus. It is an ideal medicine for treating chronic hepatitis B patients.
