测定不同月龄大鼠动脉前列环素(PGL_2)样活性、内皮细胞数、中膜厚度、弹力膜层数和动脉壁胶原纤维与弹性纤维的含量,并观察补肾方葆春丸和丹参片对其作用。结果表明:与老龄对照组比较,葆春丸组和丹参组PGL_2样活性均显著升高,动脉中膜厚度均明显下降,葆春丸组EC数的增多和弹力膜层数的减少及胶原纤维与弹性纤维含量的降低较老龄对照组比较均有显著意义,而丹参组的这些变化不明显。提示:老龄大鼠动脉抑制血小板活化的PGL_2样活性低下,动脉显微结构发生衰老变化;葆春丸和丹参对其具有一定的调节作用,其中以葆春丸的作用较为广泛。
The levels of arterial prostacyclin (PGL_2)-like activity, endothelial cell number, media thickness, number of elastic membranes, and collagen fiber and elastic fibers in arterial wall of rats at different months were measured. The effects of Bushenfang Qichun Pills and Danshen Tablets were observed. The results showed that compared with the aged control group, the PGL2-like activity of both the Qichun Pills group and the Danshen group were significantly increased, the arterial medial thickness was significantly decreased, the EC number of the Qichun Pill group was increased, the number of elastic membrane layers was decreased, and the collagen fibers were The decrease in elastic fiber content was significant compared with the old age control group, while these changes in the Danshen group were not significant. It is suggested that the PGL2-like activity of arterial inhibition of platelet activation in aged rats is low, and the microstructure of the arteries changes with age. Qichun Pills and Salvia miltiorrhiza have a certain degree of regulation, among which the effect of Qichun Pills is more extensive.
