由于作业工况和自身特点,传统的工程机械用压缩机支架故障率一直较高。为了提高结构强度和延长使用寿命,传统型压缩机支架经一次次加强后,往往外形笨重,质量大,且过分加强容易导致对发动机支撑位置的破坏,带来发动机缸体漏油的隐患。针对这一实际问题,通过优化张紧机构的受力情况,研发了新型压缩机支架。该新型压缩机支架优化了机构的受力传递方向,使受力方向单一化,实现了压缩机支架的轻量化设计,提高了机构的可靠性,有效延长了支架的使用寿命。
Due to the operating conditions and their own characteristics, the traditional compressor failure rate of construction machinery has been higher. In order to improve the structural strength and prolong the service life, the conventional compressor bracket is often bulky and heavy after being strengthened again and again, and the excessive reinforcement can easily lead to the damage to the engine support position and lead to the leakage of the engine cylinder. In response to this practical problem, a new type of compressor bracket has been developed by optimizing the stress on the tensioning mechanism. The new compressor bracket optimizes the force transmission direction of the mechanism, simplifies the force direction, realizes the lightweight design of the compressor bracket, improves the reliability of the mechanism and effectively prolongs the service life of the bracket.
