[目的]探讨老年重症社区获得性肺炎合并糖尿病患者的临床护理措施。[方法]对某院收治的2例重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者采取针对性的护理措施。[结果]2例老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者经过制定详细周密的护理措施均治愈出院。[结论]通过对2例重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者的护理,体会到在诊断、治疗、抢救、护理的配合中,以患者为中心,采取周密的护理计划和护士严格认真的落实护理措施对于患者的抢救和治疗至关重要。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical nursing measures of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia complicated with diabetes mellitus. [Method] Take targeted nursing measures to 2 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with diabetes treated in a hospital. [Results] Two elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia were cured after careful and detailed nursing measures were taken. [Conclusion] Through the care of 2 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with diabetes, we realized that in the cooperation of diagnosis, treatment, rescue and nursing, the patient-centered care plan and nurses strictly implement the nursing measures for patients Rescue and treatment are crucial.
