《管理学基础》课程是高职财经管理类专业普遍开始的专业基础课程,是培养高素质技能型管理人才的入门课程。传统教学方式难以满足学生能力和素质发展要求,借鉴模块化教学思想,安徽省毫州职业技术学院构建了新的模块化教学体系,并从制定课程标准、实施分组教学、情景教学、开展教学活动设计等方面进行了改革与探索,取得了良好的教学效果。
The course of “Fundamentals of Management Science” is a specialized basic course which is generally started by finance and economics majors in higher vocational colleges and is an introductory course of training high-quality skilled management personnel. Traditional teaching methods can not meet the requirements of students’ abilities and quality development. Drawing on the modular teaching ideas, Anhui Province Institute of Vocational Technology builds a new modular teaching system. From the formulation of curriculum standards, the implementation of group teaching, situational teaching, teaching activities Design and other aspects of the reform and exploration, and achieved good teaching results.
