在大学生中开展入党积极分子培训工作是高校党建的一项经常性的基础工作,也是高校教育的重要组成部分。加强对入党积极分子的培养,是保证党员发展质量的关键。本文对大学生入党积极分子培养现状和存在的主要问题进行分析研究,并就加强和改进培训工作的对策进行探讨。 Carrying out the work of training the activists joining the party in college is a regular basic work for the party building in colleges and universities and an important part of college education. Strengthening the training of activists who join the party is the key to ensuring the quality of party members’ development. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the activists in joining the Communist Party of China, and discusses the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the training work.
