目的:研究四季三黄片中栀子薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层鉴别法,以栀子苷为对照品,使用硅胶G薄层板,以正丁醇-三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(2∶2∶0.5∶0.1)为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂105℃显色,对四季三黄片中栀子进行薄层鉴别。结果:供试品与对照品在相同位置呈现颜色一致的斑点,斑点圆整,Rf值适中。结论:此方法色谱斑点清晰、专属性强、重现性好、结果准确可靠,可用于四季三黄片的质量控制。
Objective: To study the method of identification of gardenia in four seasons. Methods: TLC method was used for the determination of geniposide. Silica gel G plate was used with n-butanol-chloroform-methanol-water (2: 2: 0.5: 0.1) Sulfuric acid ethanol solution for the color reagent 105 ℃ color, four-season three yellow tablets gardenia thin layer identification. Results: The test sample and the reference substance in the same position showing the same color spots, round spots, Rf value is moderate. Conclusion: This method has clear chromatographic spots, strong specificity, good reproducibility, accurate and reliable results and can be used for quality control of Siji Sanhuang tablets.
