一、前言低压空气冲击造型机是八十年代初世界上出现的一种新型造型机。由于它具有紧实特性好、结构较简单、噪声较低等特点,在国外已得到较为广泛应用。在国内虽已购置或安装了一些空气造型生产线,但迄今尚未见有正式投入生产的报道。作者在对空气冲击造型紧实机构、型砂性能要求及造型工艺等方面进行了较系统的研究的基础上,应几家铸造厂的要求,对一些较典型的铸件进行了空气冲击造型工艺试验,目的是考查空气冲击造型对这些铸件的生产是否适用。试验工作分别在两台空气冲击造型机上进行,一台是专供试验研究用的,砂箱尺寸为600×450mm的空气冲击造型试验机;一台是供生产使用的,砂箱尺寸为800×600mm的空气冲击造型机样机(该样机已通过鉴定)。
I. Introduction Low-pressure air impact molding machine is a new type molding machine appearing in the world in the early eighties. Because of its compact features, simple structure, low noise and other characteristics, has been more widely used abroad. Although some air modeling lines have been purchased or installed in the country, no reports have yet been put into production formally. Based on the systematic research on the air impact molding compaction mechanism, the sand performance requirements and the molding process, the author carried out the air impact modeling test to some of the more typical castings at the request of several foundries. The purpose is to examine whether air impact modeling is suitable for the production of these castings. The test work was carried out in two air impact molding machine, one is designed for experimental research, sand box size of 600 × 450mm air impact modeling test machine; one for production use, the size of the flask 800 × 600mm air impact molding machine prototype (the prototype has been identified).
