加强新形势下领导干部作风建设,必须着眼部队实际,紧紧抓住抓好制度建设这个重要环节,坚持用制度保障和促进领导干部作风建设。认真搞好制度配套完善,保证作风建设有章可循。近年来中央制定颁布了一系列作风建设法规制度,形成了比较系统的作风建设制度体系。各单位要结合本单位、本部门实际,对这些制度规定进行分解细化、搞好配套完善,以便于贯彻执行。
To strengthen the style of leading cadres in the new situation, we must focus on the actual situation of the armed forces, firmly grasp the important link of building a good system, adhere to the system of guarantee and promote the construction of the style of leading cadres. We will conscientiously do a good job in supporting and perfecting the system so as to ensure that the building of style follows the rules. In recent years, the Central Government has enacted and promulgated a series of rules and regulations system on style construction and formed a systematic system of style construction. All units should combine the actual situation of their own units and their own departments to decompose these rules and regulations and improve their matching so as to facilitate their implementation.
