种种迹象表明,未来房地产企业之争,二线城市将成为十分重要的战场。其中,十大标杆房企在2009年二三线城市土地储备所占比重就高达81%。开发商拿地版图,宣告其市场重心与扩张策略的转变。从去年开始,二线城市已经逐渐成为房地产市场的热点。统计数据显示,标杆房企去年在二线城市销售面积占总销售面积的73%,新增土地储备却占总新储备的81%,新增速度远大于消化速度。
There are indications that the real estate business in the future dispute, second-tier cities will become a very important battlefield.
