目的:研究CobraⅠ型近距离192Ir源HDR治疗装置剂量分析、测量方法以及简化剂量计算过程,利用后装治疗计算机计划系统(TPS)模拟值与实际测量值对比。结果:192Ir点状源强度的计算值与测量值误差低于3%;TPS值与测量值误差为-7.7%~+4.4%;测量值与TPS结果相当一致。结论:提供192Ir线状源各活性长度剂量分布及临床使用方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the dosimetry and measurement methods of Cobra type I proximal 192Ir source HDR and to simplify the dose calculation, and to compare the simulated value of TPS with the actual measurement value. Results: The error between calculated and measured values of 192Ir point source intensity was less than 3%. The error between TPS value and measured value was -7.7% ~ + 4.4%. The measured values were in good agreement with the TPS results. Conclusion: The dose distribution of each active length of 192Ir linear source and its clinical application are provided.
