我国自1978年从日本引进质量管理小组以来,群众性质量管理活动经历了从无到有、从小到大的发展过程,群众性基础不断扩大,职工积极参与QC小组活动的热情不断高涨。实践证明:Q C小组活动之所以经久不衰,显示出强大的生命力,就是因为QC小组活动是激发职工积极性、创造性的重要平台;是企业实现改进质量、降低消耗、创造最佳经济效益的有效途径;是提升员工素质、培训职工队伍、挖掘员工潜力最有效的方法。
