目的:研究莱菔多糖的功能活性。方法:按试剂盒测定方法操作。结果:体外清除自由基能力实验表明:以VC为对照品,莱菔多糖具有一定的超氧阴离子自由基、烷基自由基清除能力,但其能力不及VC;莱菔多糖还具有很强的羟自由基清除能力,强于VC。降血糖动物实验表明:莱菔多糖具有明显地降低小鼠血糖浓度,增强血清中SOD活性和降低血清总胆固醇的能力。结论:莱菔多糖具有一定的抗氧化及降血糖能力。
Objective: To study the functional activity of Laiwu polysaccharide. Method: Operate according to kit assay method. RESULTS: The ability to scavenge free radicals in vitro showed that, with VC as the reference substance, polysaccharides from Laiwu had some superoxide anion free radicals and alkyl radical scavenging abilities, but their ability was less than that of VC. The polysaccharides from radish also had strong hydroxyl radicals. Clear ability, stronger than VC. The hypoglycemic animal experiment showed that: the polysaccharide of Laiwu has obviously reduced the blood glucose concentration of mice, enhanced the activity of SOD in serum and lowered the ability of serum total cholesterol. Conclusion: The polysaccharide of Laiwu has certain anti-oxidation and hypoglycemic capacity.
