利用商用3%硅钢热轧带在实验室的工艺条件下,应用ODF分析,跟踪研究了40,50,60,7Q及80%冷轧压下量的冷轧带沿厚度方向的织构的演变。结果指出;热轧带由表面至板厚度中心经冷轧后各层织构反映出各层的织构继承关系。着重对亚表面层进行了分析:指出在70%冷轧压下量时,能在亚表面层得到{111}〈112〉取向密度最高,同时{100)}<011>取向密度相对较低和具有满意的{110}〈001〉取向密度值的织构成分。
Using commercial 3% hot-rolled silicon steel strip in the laboratory conditions, the ODF analysis was used to track the evolution of the cold-rolled strip along the thickness direction at 40, 50, 60, 7Q and 80% cold rolling reduction . The results show that the texture of each layer reflects the inheritance of each layer after hot rolling from the surface to the center of plate thickness. The sub-surface layer is analyzed emphatically. It is pointed out that the {111} <112> orientation density is the highest in the subsurface layer and the {100}} <011> orientation density is relatively low at the 70% Texture components with satisfactory {110} <001> orientation density values.
