随着医药业的飞速发展,新药不断问世,药品品种的新陈代谢是医药发展的必然趋势,它为临床诊断治疗提供了有力武器和更多可供选择的治疗方案,对促进人体健康,提高人民生活质量发挥了巨大的作用。但如何做好新药管理和加强临床使用,仍是一项极为艰巨、非常重要的经常性工作。 一、材料与方法 收集1995—1998年购进并应用于临床的新药,按品种、数量、金额、剂型、药理类别进行了统计分析,数据完整,具有一定代表性。 二、结果与分析 见表11.从表1可以看出,1995—1998年引进新药414种,其中包括三期临床观察用药。近4年内抗生素新药金额占总新药金额的40.4%,其次是心脑血管用药占16.0%,内分泌系统用药占12.3%,消化系统用药占10.3%,其他各类系统用药占21%。近4年购入的新药金额占我院购入总药品金额的百分比为29.8%,每年新药的消耗量呈现递增趋(其中1998年为半年新药用量)。以抗生素为代表的新药,无论应用品种范围,还是消耗金额都占有主要地位,这与我院住院病人逐年增加有关,也与抗生素新药的价格昂贵不无关系。另外,疾病感染程度、接受转诊病人多、细菌对抗生素的耐药以及我院为卫生部新药临床试验基地也是重要的因素。

Materials and Methods The new drugs purchased from 1995 to 1998 and applied to clinical trials were collected and statistically analyzed according to varieties, quantities, amounts, dosage forms and pharmacological categories. As can be seen from Table 1, 414 kinds of new drugs were introduced in 1995-1998, including Phase III clinical observation medication. In the recent 4 years, the amount of new antibiotics accounted for 40.4% of the total amount of new drugs, followed by cardiovascular drugs accounted for 16.0%, endocrine system accounted for 12.3%, digestive system drugs accounted for 10.3%, other types of system medication accounted for 21%. The amount of new drugs purchased in the past four years accounted for 29.8% of the total amount of drugs purchased in our hospital. The consumption of new drugs showed an increasing trend each year (of which, in 1998, the amount of new drugs consumed in half a year). The new drugs represented by antibiotics occupy a major position regardless of the range of applied varieties or consumption amount, which is related to the increasing number of hospitalized patients in our hospital year by year and also the high price of new antibiotics drugs. In addition, the degree of disease infection, receiving referral patients and more, bacterial resistance to antibiotics and our hospital for the Ministry of Health is also an important clinical trial base of new drugs.
