随着社会发展和市场竞争加剧,企业越来越重视人力资源开发在企业发展中的作用。企业要想立于不败之地,必须提高自身竞争力,完整而实用的培训体系显得尤为重要。本文通过对培训体系和培训效果体现进行探索,分析企业目前培训工作现状,旨在建立完善的培训体系,整合资源,统一标准,增加投入产出,促进员工与企业共同发展。
With the social development and intensified market competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to the role of human resources development in the development of enterprises. To establish an invincible position, enterprises must enhance their own competitiveness. A complete and practical training system is particularly important. This paper explores the training system and the effect of training, analyzes the present training status of enterprises, aiming at establishing a perfect training system, integrating resources, unifying standards, increasing input and output, and promoting the common development of employees and enterprises.
