海南省大广坝灌区干支渠建设总长518km,位于沙化严重的海南省西部地区。渠道防渗衬砌工程引进土壤固化剂这种防渗固土新材料,探索土壤固化剂对砂壤土固结效果具有重要意义。试验段施工中就地利用渠道开槽的砂壤土,掺入一定比例的土壤固化剂,经拌合、碾压成型,养护后试件经抗压强度检测和干湿循环检测,强度可达15MPa以上。大广坝灌区建设实践证明,使用土壤固化剂+砂壤土板试块代替混凝土制品,既保证了质量,又节约了投资,具有很高的社会和经济效益,适合在类似项目中推广应用。
The construction of dry-branch canal in Daguangba Irrigation Area in Hainan Province is 518km long, which is located in the western region of Hainan Province, where the desertification is serious. It is of great importance to introduce soil hardener, a new material for seepage control solidified soil, to explore the effect of soil hardener on sandy loam consolidation. In the test section, the sandy loam grooving groove was dug locally and mixed with a certain proportion of soil solidifying agent. After mixing and rolling, the specimens were tested for compressive strength and wet and dry cycles after being cured. The strength reached 15MPa the above. The construction practice of Daguangba Irrigation District has proved that the use of soil curing agent + sandy loam plate instead of concrete products not only guarantees the quality but also saves the investment, has high social and economic benefits and is suitable for popularization and application in similar projects.
