全员情报模式多在日本企业中开展实施,是最大限度利用人员的情报搜集组织模式。文章针对目前情报搜集领域学术研究和实践研究的不足,提出一种新型竞争情报搜集组织模式,为现有的研究做出补充贡献。新模式的提出由对有关竞争情报搜集与组织层面的问题分析展开,针对各问题提出针对性解决方案。本文创造性地提出将标签运用在情报搜集和组织活动中,提高情报内容的准确性与针对性,利于企业更加快速有效地采取决策行动、赢取竞争优势。
Full intelligence model in Japanese enterprises to carry out the implementation, is to maximize the use of personnel intelligence gathering organizational model. Aiming at the deficiency of academic research and practical research in the field of information gathering at present, this paper proposes a new pattern of organization of competitive intelligence gathering and contributes to the existing research. The new model is proposed by the analysis of the issues related to the collection of competitive intelligence and the organizational level, and puts forward targeted solutions to various problems. This paper creatively put forward the use of labels in intelligence gathering and organizing activities to improve the accuracy and pertinence of intelligence contents, which will help enterprises to take decision-making actions more quickly and effectively and win competitive advantages.
