We read with interest the recently published case report titled Pseudoaneurysm of profunda femoris artery following dynamic hip screw fixation for intertrochanteric femora/fracture? The authors have highlighted a rare complication following hip fracture.We agree with the authors that usually this problem is difficult to diagnose,unless the treating surgeon has awareness about it and keeps a high index of suspicion.
