多元智能理论认为:智能具有多元性,实践性,各智能具有平等性。教育者应当重视学生的个体差异和个体在不同领域智能优势。借鉴多元智能理论,审视高职院校教学体系,高职院校应树立“以人为本”的高等职业教育观,构建素质本位的高职院校教学价值观,强调课程设置多元化,改进高职院校教学方法,构建多元化的高职院校课程考核模式,为促进高职院校教学健康发展而努力。
