对用于电力电子模块的耐高温有机硅弹性胶进行了研究;对加入不同含量二氧化硅填料的弹性胶的电阻率、介电常数、介质损耗角正切、击穿强度以及流变特性作了系统的实验研究.结果表明,低温区的电阻率随二氧化硅加入量的增加而提高,高温区的电阻率无明显改变;介电常数和介质损耗角正切均随二氧化硅加入量的增加而逐渐增大;击穿强度随坝料的增加有所降低。另外,二氧化硅对弹性胶的固化条件没有影响,但在加入量较大时,弹性胶的扭矩稍有减小,粘柔性稍有变化。
The high temperature resistant silicone elastomers used in power electronic modules were studied. The resistivity, dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent, breakdown strength and rheological properties of elastic gums with different content of silica fillers were studied. Systematic experimental research. The results show that the resistivity of low temperature region increases with the increase of silica content, while the resistivity of high temperature region does not change obviously. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent both increase with the increase of silica content. Breaking strength decreased with the increase of dam material. In addition, silica has no effect on the curing conditions of the elastic rubber, but at a larger amount, the torque of the elastic rubber slightly decreases, and the viscous flexibility slightly changes.
