高素质的法官队伍应当具备哪些要素?理想、信仰、法治理念、价值追求、职业道德、业务水平和司法能力,等等。这一切,都是尽人皆知的。除此之外,还有一个十分重要的方面,很少被人提及,那就是法官的独立人格。这个问题似乎还没有进入法官队伍建设的视野,是无意疏忽,还是有意回避,就不得而知了。 High-quality judges should have what elements?
