随着超声速飞行器飞行马赫数的不断提高,以及钛合金材料在飞行器结构中的使用比重日益增加,传统合金结构钢紧固件已经无法满足使用要求,本文从高温热膨胀和电偶腐蚀两个方面,对紧固件选用合理性进行分析,可为高温环境下紧固件的选用提供参考。
With the increasing Mach number of supersonic flying vehicles and the increasing proportion of titanium alloy used in aircraft structures, the traditional alloy structural steel fasteners have been unable to meet the requirements. In this paper, from two aspects of high temperature thermal expansion and galvanic corrosion, The analysis of the rationality of fastener selection can provide a reference for the selection of fasteners in high temperature environment.
