应用组织培养和快速繁殖技术对最适大花蕙兰培养基、激素成分、培养基质等进行了蹄改。结果表明,在含有2.0mg/L6-苄氨基腺嘌呤的改良MS培养基中,最有利于原球茎的增殖;改用MS培养基0.1mg/L萘乙酸有利于试管苗的生根;在腐殖土:棉子壳=2:3(体积比)下移的成活率最高。
Tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques were applied to optimize the Cymbidium medium, hormone composition, culture medium and so on.
