针对回转类复杂曲面加工过程的特点,提出二维自校正控制方法,以实现其缓变和突变特性的综合校正,针对典型活塞中凸变椭圆裙面的车削加工实验,证明本方法可有效提高复杂轮廓加工精度。
Aiming at the characteristics of turning complex surface machining process, a two-dimensional self-tuning control method is proposed to realize the comprehensive correction of its gradual change and abrupt change.
