黄河下游堤防险点采用混凝土截渗墙等措施进行加固防渗。射水法施工 ,主要利用高压水射流冲切地层成槽 ,槽孔泥浆固壁 ,水下导管法灌注混凝土成墙。采用技术测定法 ,对现场实测资料进行统计、分析和计算 ,编制出混凝土截渗墙预算定额。针对Ⅰ类土质、成墙厚度 2 2cm、成墙深度 15~ 2 0m的墙体 ,给出了射水法预算定额 ,包括射水成槽定额人工工日、材料量、机械台班消耗量和水下混凝土浇筑人工工日、材料量、机械台班消耗量。此预算定额已通过黄委会内部审查。
