The advent of the Internet has not only failed to bridge the information gap between developed and developing countries, but has even shown a tendency to aggravate the inequality in international news dissemination and even led to the information and cultural aggression of developed countries on developing countries. At the same time, the rise of the Internet has enabled the speed of information dissemination and the number of information dissemination to grow exponentially.
