1、早晨醒来后,坐在床上,做手指张开和捏拢的动作,反复10次。此练习不仅能保持手指的健美,而且能使头脑清醒、精神振作。2、刷牙时,锻炼脚踝,即脚后跟抬起、放下。若能将刷牙、漱口和抬脚后跟的动作做得有节奏,则效果更佳。3、离家上班时,站在穿衣镜前,做5分钟伸展体操;脊柱、膝伸直,两肩保持水平,收紧、放松背部肌肉,反复进行。4、梳头时,分别向两侧梳,同时伸展异侧颈部。此练习能保持颈部的优美线条,防止双下巴。
