目的探讨低剂量低分子肝素钠对预防食管癌患者并发深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 2013~2014年20例食管癌患者给予低剂量低分子肝素钠进行治疗为干预组,2008~2012年18例食管癌并发深静脉血栓患者为对照组,统计凝血常规和D-二聚体的变化情况,观察低剂量低分子肝素钠对深静脉血栓的预防作用。结果入院当天两组凝血常规和D-二聚体比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院第7天两组各指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组入院第1天与入院第7天比较,PT-T、APTT、Fbg明显降低(P<0.01),D-DT明显增高(P<0.01);对照组入院第1天与入院第7天比较,PT-R和Fbg明显增高(P<0.01),APTT和D-DT没有明显变化。结论通过应用低剂量的低分子肝素钠能有效的预防食管癌患者的深静脉血栓的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose low molecular weight heparin on preventing deep venous thrombosis in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Twenty patients with esophageal cancer from 2013 to 2014 were treated with low-dose low molecular weight heparin sodium as the intervention group. From 2008 to 2012, 18 patients with esophageal cancer complicated with deep venous thrombosis were selected as the control group. Statistics of coagulation routine and D-dimer To observe the preventive effect of low dose low molecular weight heparin on deep vein thrombosis. Results There were no significant differences in coagulation routine and D-dimer between the two groups on the day of admission (P> 0.05). On the 7th day after admission, there were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01) The first day and the seventh day after hospital admission, PT-T, APTT, Fbg were significantly lower (P <0.01), D-DT was significantly higher (P <0.01) R and Fbg were significantly increased (P <0.01), APTT and D-DT did not change significantly. Conclusion Low-dose LMWH can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis in patients with esophageal cancer.
