采用与振动压路机具有相关性的上置式表面振动器的成型法,探讨了振动三参数:离心力、激振频率和名义振幅对土石混合料振动压实效果的影响,提出了两种对比工艺。并根据土石混合料在同一振动工艺下的压实特性,指出土石混合料具有三种结构类型,以最大干密度为判据,含石量为指标进行了结构分类,给出了分类区间,并用体积法和沃尔克-霍尔兹公式进行了验证。
The influence of three parameters of vibration: centrifugal force, excitation frequency and nominal amplitude on the vibration compaction effect of soil-rock mixture was discussed by using the forming method of the upper surface type vibrator which is related to the vibratory roller. Two comparison techniques were proposed. According to the compaction characteristics of rock-soil mixture under the same vibration technology, it is pointed out that the rock-soil mixture has three types of structure. According to the maximum dry density as the criterion and the stone content as index, the classification of structure is given. Volumetric method and Volcker-Holtz formula.
