6320ZC型柴油机为了适应各种船舶动力装置对扭振性能的要求,在原设计带小飞轮的基础上,增加了带大飞轮的型式,使本机在配套某些动力装置时,由于单结扭振应力过高出现转速禁区的问题易于处理,但是,这将使柴油机方面的转动惯量增大,造成节点落在曲轴上的9次临界下降至额定转速附近,导致扭振应力超过了《船规》许用值。为此,我厂进行了硅油减振器的研制,借以解决了上述的扭振问题。本文主要介绍研制过程中有关设计参数的选择和分析。模似试验及台架测量和装船使用效果等方面的一些情况。
