采用毛细管气相色谱法测定氢化松节油的成分,色谱条件是:氢火焰检测器;BP×5(30mm×0.32mm×0.25μm)柱;柱温75~150℃.测得主要成分为顺式蒎烷、反式蒎烷、α蒎烯、β蒎烯等.分别采用面积归一法和内标法对各组分的含量进行分析,两种定量法的分析结果相近,主要成分蒎烷的顺反比误差小于3%,因此在工业上采用面积归一法就能达到精度要求.
The composition of hydrogenated turpentine was determined by capillary gas chromatography.
