北安二中是一所具有40年历史的普通初级中学,现有教学班26个,学生1804人,教职工118人,党员20人,是北安市一所规模较大的学校。为保证学校的教职工依法行使民主管理和民主监督权利,促进党风廉政建设,提高学校办学水平,我校推行了校务公开制度。该制度以教代会为基本形式,充分发挥教职工的主人翁意识,对学校进行民主化管理。在校务公开工作中,我校本着真实、及时、规范的原则,通过公开内容、公开形式、公开程序等方式,充分发挥校务公开的监督作用。
Bei’an No. 2 Middle School is a 40-year-old general junior high school with 26 teaching classes, 1,804 students, 118 faculty members, and 20 Party members. It is a relatively large school in Bei’an City. In order to ensure that school faculty and staff exercise the rights of democratic management and democratic supervision in accordance with the law, promote the construction of party style and clean government, and improve the school-running level, our school has implemented the system of school affairs disclosure. The system takes the Teachers’ Congress as the basic form, gives full play to the sense of ownership of the teaching staff, and conducts democratic management of the school. In the open work of the school affairs, our school will give full play to the supervisory role of open school affairs through open content, open formats, open procedures, etc. in line with the principles of truthfulness, timeliness, and standardization.
