目的分析探讨不育患者精子DNA完整性与精液参数的相关性,为临床治疗男性不育提供参考依据。方法 50例男性不育患者精液标本作为实验组,50例健康体检的正常生育男性精液标本作为对照组,两组均进行精液常规检查、精子形态分析和精子DNA完整性检测,对比分析两组的精子浓度、精子存活率、前向运动精子(PR)百分率及精子DNA碎片化指数(DFI)。结果实验组的精子浓度、精子存活率、PR百分率均低于对照组,精子DFI高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不育患者的精液参数和正常生育者存在差异,精子DNA完整性与精液参数具有不同的相关性。 Objective To analyze the correlation between sperm DNA integrity and semen parameters in infertile patients and provide reference for clinical treatment of male infertility. Methods Fifty male infertile patients were selected as the experimental group and 50 normal male fertile male semen samples were used as the control group. Both groups were subjected to routine sperm examination, sperm morphology analysis and sperm DNA integrity test. Sperm concentration, sperm viability, percentage of proactive motile (PR), and sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI). Results The sperm concentration, sperm survival rate and PR percentage of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the sperm DFI was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Sperm parameters of infertile patients are different from that of normal fertility. The sperm DNA integrity has different correlation with semen parameters.
