利用绿僵菌油剂防治蝗虫在非洲取得了良好的示范防治效果。本试验所用绿僵菌干孢粉由国际热带农业所 (IITA)的植物健康管理站 (贝宁 )生产。菌株为黄绿僵菌 Metarhizium-flauouiride(编号 :IMI330 189) ,于 1988年从分布在尼日尔的蝗虫 Ornithacris cauroisi(Finot)上分离获得。油剂由煤油和精炼菜籽油配制而成。孢子萌发率为 73% ;用药量 2 l/ hm2 ,孢子含量为 4× 10 1 2 / hm2 。使用手持电动超低量喷雾器 (Mic To ulva,英国制造 )进行超低量喷洒。试验采取随机区组设计 ,设处理小区 3个 ,对照小区 3个 ,每小区 1.5 hm2 。试验区蝗虫主要是 :西伯利亚蝗 Gomphocerussibiricus(L.) ,红胫戟纹蝗 Dociostaurus kraussi krausii(Ingen.) ,欧亚草地蝗 Srenobothruseurasius Zub.,肿脉蝗 Stauroderus scalarisscalsris(F- W)和白边雏蝗Chorthippusslbimarginatus(De G.) ;98%为成虫 ;密度 2 0头 / m2 以上。防治效果采取罩笼饲养观察和田间抽样调查相结合。喷药后 1h和 48h随机采集各小区蝗虫分别装于养虫笼中饲养在室外 ,每天记载死虫数并保湿虫尸 ,以确定绿僵菌感染程度。喷药后第 3天对试验区蝗虫种群抽样调查 1次 ,从小区中心向顶角沿对角线依次记录目测 1m内的蝗虫数 ,各取 2 5个样本 ,共计 10 0个样?
The use of Metarhizium oil locust control in Africa has made a good model control effect. Metarhizium anisopliae spore powder used in this study was produced by the plant health management station at IITA (Benin).
