田径运动是一切运动的基础,短跑是田径运动的重要组成部分。短跑运动是一项以无氧供能方式为主的速度力量型项目,强大的爆发力,较高的绝对速度和速度耐力,良好的协调性和灵敏性,合理的短跑技术,以及较强的心理能力是从事短跑运动的必备条件。速度是短跑运动的核心,速度的提高直接影响成绩的好坏。目前中学生短跑速度训练方法普遍具有局限性,存在训练时间少、方法单一、针对性差等。根据短跑规律结合运动训练学理论探索符合中学生特点的速度训练方法,使中学生短跑的速度训练更有针对性、科学性、合理性,提高中学生短跑运动员的速度运动水平。

At present, the methods of sprint speed training for middle school students generally have limitations, and there are few training time, single method and poor pertinence. Based on the law of sprint and the theory of sports training, this paper explores the speed training method which accords with the characteristics of the middle school students, which makes the speed training of the middle school students sprinter more pertinence, scientific and reasonable, and improves the speed movement of the high school students.
