为了充分回采高品位资源,将矿石损失降至最低,以三鑫公司桃花咀矿区浅部厚矿体开采为研究对象,提出了底部结构三角矿柱超前回采及人工构筑技术与工艺,然后针对二步骤采场底部结构出矿需要,提出了两种胶结充填体内出矿巷道构筑技术,确定了符合矿山实际的充填体出矿巷道构筑方案。现场工业试验表明,一、二步骤采场的损失率均降低至2%左右,研究所提出的技术方案为矿山安全有效回收高品位资源提供了技术支撑。
In order to fully reclaim the high-grade resources and minimize the ore loss, taking the mining of thick thick ore body in the shallow part of the Taohuacui mining area in Sanxin Company as the research object, the advanced mining and artificial construction technology and technology of triangular pillars in the bottom structure are proposed. Two steps of mining the bottom of the stope structure needs, put forward two kinds of cemented filling body mine roadway construction technology to determine the mine’s actual filling body mine roadway construction program. The field industrial tests showed that the loss rates of stopes in the first and second steps both decreased to about 2%. The technical solutions proposed by the research institute provided technical support for safe and effective recovery of high-grade resources in mines.
