我科于1978年1月开始采用管腔直径1mm的聚乙烯管(后简称塑料管),放置在镫骨头与人工鼓膜之间,半年后复查,8耳中有4耳自发性穿孔,塑料管脱入外耳道。在Smyth将软骨片加在鼓膜与膺复物之间的方法的启示下,1979年2月起,于塑料管与人工鼓膜间加置耳屏软骨片,从而减少了塑料管引起的自发穿孔。至1983年12月,共进行了72例(76耳)。现报告如下。
