目的了解云南省1200名研究生的自我和谐状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,使用自我和谐量表对1240名研究生进行调查,回收有效问卷1200份(汉族研究生600份,少数民族研究生600份)。结果 1研究生高自我和谐水平、中间水平、低自我和谐水平的比例分别为20.6%、67.7%、11.7%;2数民族研究生与汉族研究生在“自我与经验不和谐”维度(t=1.80,P>0.05)、“自我灵活性”维度(t=0.33,P>0.05)、“自我刻板性”维度(t=1.01,P>0.05)差异不显著;3男生在“自我与经验不和谐”维度(t=3.23,P<0.01)、“自我灵活性”维度(t=5.23,P<0.01)、“自我刻板性”维度(t=4.40,P<0.01)上分数均显著高于女生;4不同学科之间自我和谐状况差异显著(F=5.85,P<0.01);5不同年级之间自我和谐状况差异显著(F=6.95,P<0.01)。结论云南省研究生自我和谐状况有独特的特点;重点关注男生、农科和工科研究生、研究生三年级学生自我和谐水平的提高。
Objective To understand the self-consistency and harmony of 1200 graduate students in Yunnan Province. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 1240 postgraduates using self - consistency scale, and 1,200 valid questionnaires were collected (600 for Han nationality and 600 for minority students). Results 1 The proportions of high self-consistency, middle level and low self-consistency of graduate students were 20.6%, 67.7% and 11.7%, respectively. In the dimension of “self-incompatibility” (t = 1.80 There was no significant difference between the “self flexibility” dimension (t = 0.33, P> 0.05) and the “self rigidity” dimension (t = 1.01, P> 0.05) (T = 3.23, P <0.01), “self-flexibility” dimension (t = 5.23, P <0.01), “self-rigidity” dimension (F = 5.85, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in self-consistency between different grades (F = 6.95, P <0.01) . Conclusions The self-harmony status of postgraduates in Yunnan Province has its unique characteristics. It focuses on the improvement of self-consistency and harmony between male and female postgraduates and third-year postgraduates.
