水泥稳定碎石级配设计对基层性能有着重要影响,为了改善和指导振动成型水泥稳定碎石材料级配设计,依据逐级填充法以及I法分别确定粗、细集料级配,利用7d无侧限抗压强度控制粗细集料比例。研究分形理论在矿料组成设计中的应用,对规范级配上下限进行回归方程拟合,确定了骨架密实级配的分形维数取值范围,提出将双动态平衡参数D-R作为振动法水泥稳定碎石级配评价指标。最后,进行抗压和抗弯拉强度试验,分析试件强度随龄期增长的变化,进而证实提出的设计级配的优越性。
In order to improve and guide the grading design of vibration-stabilized cement-stabilized macadam materials, the grading of coarse and fine aggregates was determined according to the gradual filling method and the I method, respectively.
