藠果(藠头)是我市的传统特产和出口创汇商品。已有400多年的栽培历史,半成品盐渍藠果每年向日本出口1.2万吨以上。以洁白、质脆、可口的上乘品质吸引了众多的国内外客商。全市栽培面积1000公顷左右,其中白衣乡有667公顷,有“藠果之乡”的美称。 我地藠果9月~10月陆续播种,次年6月中旬收获。采用藠果加一季稻或旱粮的二熟栽培制。每公顷产藠果30吨左右,产值3万元~4万元。全生育期270天,易受病、虫特别是草的危害,对产量和质量的影响极大。我站自1991年开始进行了藠果栽培过程中病虫草害综合防治的研究、示范与推广,现已取得了较成套的综
