我国高校中的法学专业教育普遍存在着重理论、轻实践的问题,教学中出现理论与实践脱节的现象,从而直接影响了法律人才的质量。因此,为了解决“重理论、轻实践”的现象,实现应用型人才培养目标的内在要求,需要培养“双师型”教师队伍,在注重理论知识教育的同时,也应提高学生解决实际问题的能力,为社会培养具有应用能力的新时期人才。本文从法学专业“双师型”教师概述出发,具体分析了法学“双师型”教师队伍建设的必要性与路径,以供相关研究人员参考。
Law education in colleges and universities in our country generally has the problems of emphasis on theory and light practice, and the phenomenon of disjunction between theory and practice in teaching has a direct impact on the quality of legal personnel. This article starts with the general outline of law major of “double teacher”, and analyzes the necessity and route of the construction of law teacher “double teacher ” teacher team for reference of relevant researchers.
