针对寨崖底矿煤柱下回采巷道失稳问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测等方法,分析了寨崖底矿煤柱下煤层巷道的破坏机理。得出了上煤层工作面回采后,遗留煤柱底板应力分布规律。发现煤柱下煤层高应力集中区围岩受工作面采动动载高应力扰动出现垂直应力峰值增大、应力集中区范围增加、非对称应力场,是此类巷道大变形破坏的根本原因,且预测采动影响范围为工作面前方60 m至后方130 m。
Aiming at the problem of instability of roadway under coal pillar in Zhaya Cliff Mine, the failure mechanism of coal roadway under coal pillar of Zhaya Cliff is analyzed through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. After the mining of the coal face, the law of stress distribution in the bottom coal pillar is obtained. It is found that the vertical stress peak increases, the range of stress concentration area increases and the asymmetric stress field appears in the high stress concentration area of coal seam under high coal seam stress. This is the root cause of such large deformation and failure of roadway, The prediction range of mining influence is from 60 m to 130 m behind the working face.
