为了推动技师院校教育事业的发展,使其能够更好的满足市场需要,技师院校应重视对学生全面素质的培养,开创技术与人文两手抓、两手硬的教育教学局面。本文笔者就是从当前技术院校重视技术教学、忽视人文教育这一问题进行具体的分析和探讨,并结合多年教育教学工作经验,明确阐述了要进行科学合理的课程设置,开展职业教育同人文教育向融合的教育教学发展方向。
