内爬式塔吊广泛应用于各种超高层结构施工中,塔吊支撑梁和牛腿支座的设计在施工中至关重要,而相关研究却十分缺乏,从而导致设计过于保守或偏不安全。对某高层内爬式塔吊的支撑梁和牛腿进行设计,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对其受力性能进行分析,对比分析了两种连接方案中支撑梁和牛腿受力性能。分析结果表明,支撑梁端部通过螺栓与钢夹板相连,再将钢夹板焊在牛腿上的连接方式不仅便捷施工更加满足了施工精度的要求;由于钢夹板提供了有效的梁端支撑,使得梁端与牛腿的连接更加牢固。该研究为同类工程的安全设计提供参考。
Inside-climbing cranes are widely used in the construction of a variety of super high-rise structures. The design of tower crane girder and cow leg support is very important in the construction, but the related research is very scarce, which leads to the design too conservative or unsafe. The support beam and the cow leg of a high-rise creeper crane are designed and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software. The mechanical behaviors of the support beam and the leg are compared and analyzed. The results show that the end of the support beam is connected with the steel splint through the bolt, and then the steel splint welded to the cow leg not only meets the construction accuracy requirements more conveniently, but also provides the effective beam end support, The connection between the beam end and the cow leg is firmer. The research provides a reference for the safety design of similar projects.
