北魏著名的农业科学家贾思勰所著名的《齐民要术》是我国以及世界上被完整保存下来的最早的一部杰出的农书。《齐民要术》记载了我国当时以及自西周以来黄河流域农业生产情况和古代劳动人民同自然作斗争所积累的农业科学知识,对我国及世界上农业科学生产技术产生过深远的影响。此书正文十卷,九十二篇,近十二万字。详细地记述了谷物、蔬菜、瓜果、林木的栽培(一至五卷)
The well-known “Qi Min Yao Shu”, a well-known agricultural scientist in Northern Wei Dynasty, was the earliest outstanding agricultural book preserved in our country and in the world. Qi Min Yao Shu recorded the agricultural scientific knowledge accumulated in our country and the agricultural production in the Yellow River valley and the ancient working people against nature since the Western Zhou Dynasty and had a far-reaching impact on agricultural science production technology in our country and in the world.
